This room definately needs some attention. The faucet in the bathroom was loose and the sink did not drain well. When I used it, water backed up in the sink. The shower head could be replaced. The spray was not even. The small identifier for hot water faucet was missing. The bedspread appeared dirty. I asked housekeeping for a clean bedspread. The switches on the lamps were broken. I had to plug the lamps in to make them work. And unplugged them when I left. I was afraid to leave them plugged in. Even tho there were no smoking signs posted, people smoked out side the main door and the smoke drifted into the lobby. The hotel smelled like stall tobacco. The only things going for it, was that being on the 5th floor, it was quiet, inspite of being a truck stop, and the food in the attached restaurant was good. I ate at least one meal there, sometimes two. And it was convenient to the airport.

It was my first time in Baltimore and the first night experience was terrible. This hotel was dirty (public areas and rooms). No air conditioning in the room, cockroaches in the bathroom, bed of stone, TV did not work, no electric light in the room. Place was not secure for a woman or families to stay. This is a truck stop. Weird people walking around and they gave keys to rooms were there was already people in them. That same night made arrangements to stay at another hotel in Inner Harbor. Knights at Jessup is not a safe place to stay.

It seems all of the Knights Inns are horrible! The beds were awful, the rooms were dirty, no microwave as advertised and no alarm clock. I hope this will serve as a warning to anyone else that might be thinking of staying at this chain.

The hotel was actually a truck stop....I was shocked when I found the place. I believe this inforamtion should have been available when I booked the room, and not a surprise when I arrived late at night and it was too late to find something else or request a refund.

Truck Stop in Jessup
10/12/2006Probably the dirtiest hotel i've had the pleasure of staying in. floors (carpeted) were sticky and the bathroom was nasty! and the customer service was terrible!!!!
