  This hotel is older in nature, the outside and overall general apperance is quaint and attractive.It is located in a safe and convient location. The room with the king bed is crammed, very little area. The bathroom is small and decaying but clean. There is a nice area with a table, sink and microwave unit. Overall for the price it is great for the area. I would stay there again. If you are looking for top shelf accomadations look elsewhere. If you are looking for economy and price, this is it.

  I originally had reservations for two nights, but only stayed one. The lobby and outside of the hotel is very nice, but my 2 story townhouse suite was felt very dirty and all furniture/bedding/towling/fixtures were cheap. The worst part of the stay was that the thermostat in the room was broken, so the first night the AC stayed on ALL night and I was freezing. When we talked to the front desk the next morning they told us that none of the thermostats in the roms work, but that the entire hotel is on central air and during October and November they usually have problems with it staying on 24/7. They offered to send maitnence up to the room to close the vent but we checked out and ended up staing at Sailport waterfront Suites. It was less than $* more a night but a world away in quality.
