We came to Fort Smith for the air show they recently had. We chose to stay at this hotel because of how conveniently located it was to everything in town. Easy access to I-540, lots of nice restaurants, a block or so from the mall and a movie theater. We enjoyed it sooooo much! Our room was clean and neat. The staff was spectacular! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and made us feel so very welcome. And the best part was the price. We were not expecting such a nice experience for the price we paid. We will stay here every time we return to Fort Smith

06/10/2010Friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms, nice comp breakfast. very easy to locate off interstate . a must stay for budget friendly people and a good pool.

Staff friendly and helpful. Windows have problems as they are sealed shut . Bathroom sink improperly installed so that if you turn the water on low, it backflows over the counter and may damage items you've put on the counter by sink. Ice Bucket had big crack in it. Located by I-540, easy access , with lots of restaraunts in area.
