I don't recommend staying here again unless you want to waste part of your vacation talking about the VIP package which is a timeshare in their hotel. We weren't born yesterday and we live in NYC so we aren't stupid to BS and games. Other hotels don't push. We will go back to Cancun but never this hotel!

Not being a fan of large resort properties, this property was just the right size - you could enjoy the company of others, while still enjoying your own personal space. Everyone at the property was friendly and welcoming and the food quality better than what I remember at other Palace properties. The room product is extremenly comfortable and spotless, love the BioSilk amenities. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. And you gotta love that calls back to the US are complimentary, what a great, great benefit!!

my husband and i stayed at the cancun palace in early sept 2010 . we travel at least once a year and this was our first trip to mexico and we both agree it wont be our last. The food drinks service all were excellent.The resort was beautiful and had alot of people on daily tours for time share who all agreed that this was the place to be. Being sept it was not crowded which we prefer and would definatly go again this time period . Be sure to visit *at the pool bar he knows how to keep the drinks flowing...heck they all do but my husband had to shut him off .lots oof fun fun fun...one thing i would recommend is water shoes for the beach. it is a little rough on the feet the first couple of feet getting into the water but once your in its beautiful!!

I've just came back from my 7 nights vacation in Cancun Palace. It was our best experience in Cancun. I really love this hotel. We had a family suit. The rooms were always very clean, had plenty of towels, drinks in fridge, everything what we needed. The stuff worked really hard, was very polite and happy to help. They also gave us $* vacation dollars for tours, SPA, romantic dinner, and photoes. It was a big surprise that we can go to different activities including swimming with the dolphins completely for FREE for us! We also travelled to Moon Palace and Beach Palace to look around the hotels and to have a dinner there. All of those hotels are very nice! The only thing Moon Palace doesn't have a sea, it only has a laguna, so people swim only in the pools. Overall, Cancun Palace rocks! It has a wonderful beach, very good food, restaurants look like expensive ones. We'll deffinetely come back next year!

My Family spent ten days in Cancun March 12 - 21 2010 for Spring break. Two nights at Moon Palace and Seven at Cancun Palace. We go every year sometimes twice. That is why we did purchase a vacation membership at Palace resorts because in the long run it is saving us money. The timeshare presentation thing is big there and everywhere else I have been including Hawaii. If you are not interested simply say no thank you. We love the food at both resorts. The Surf and Turf is excellent at the Italian Restaurant at CP. Order the Bananas Foster for dessert. It isnt on the menu but they will prepare it table side for you on request very tasty. You can find seafood in most restaurants #40Mahi Mahi Grouper Shrimp#41 however you will not find Lobster. I havent stayed at any AI that served Lobster or King Crab Legs. The cost would be way beyond what you are paying to stay there. We find the hotel chain in general to be very accommodating and the employees are very pleasant and eager to take care of their Guests. My Children loved the kids club we have to drag them out a few hours a day to remind us we are on a Family trip. The hours are early morning until 9:00pm. They serve them lunch there is a small water park within the Kids Club enclosed area Game room with Flat Screen TVs and game systems indoor Trampoline Pool Tables Foosball Table etc. A Child shouldnt get bored there. If traveling without Children I would recommend La Blanc it is a premium Palace resort property Adults only. The beaches are totally restored now fabulous. I would go back today if I could.
