  Stay for 4 nights in this hotel with my wife and daughter. Comfortable, very clean, staff friendly and helpful. Stayed in 3 bed room (3 single beds). While this hotel is not near a lot of restraurants and/or bars, there are options near to include across the streat to the left a nice place to eat and get a drink with a bakery two doors down. While not a tourist location, the transportation is closeby/easy to use. Some reviews say transportation was difficult, but unless you are staying out until 'early' in the morning there is no problems. Come out of the hotel and go right down the street to the corner and you get on the tram. * Euro one way or 7 Euro for an all day pass....only 15-20 mins to downtown AMS (take the #14 Tram would be my suggestion to Dam Square, only 2 blocks from Central station. Would stay again.
