Greeting me as I entered my room were roaches. Not a few but many and large and small. The glasses were dirty. The microwave didn't work. THe toilet didn't work. The food to purchase off tray was manhandled and not desirable. The breakfast had cold eggs. I would expect this for $* but for the price paid it was a very unenjoyable time.

We recently stayed in a 2 queen bed suite. The room had roaches in it, dirty dishes with lip prints in the cabinets and a malfunctioning toilet. The staff is completely unprofessional and incompetent. I love the Best Western hotel chain but will never stay here again and strongly, strongly recommend you do not either.

The manager is completely unprofessional. I called the CEO of Best Western to report on how bad our experience was. We were inappropriately charged for damaging a TV that we didn't break. We called the front desk immediately after finding it, and were later accused of throwing the remote control at it. $* was charged to our credit card.

After booking a stay at the Bossier Inn Suites and checking in and right back out of this hotel (because it was horrable) we found this hotel Best Weserb Chateau Suites and they had rooms so we stayed at this hotel...the hotel was very clean, front desk staff were very friendly, and the price was reasonable, it came with a breakfast buffett included and they had a pool and fitness center, and a small lounge/bar in the hotel to which they gave us a certificate for 2 free beers or glasses of wine...room was very nice and they had a mini bar in room with all kinds of different liquor's, wine's and soft drinks and snacks that could be charged to your room at a reasonable price..location was also good it was downtown only a couple of miles if that from the boardwalk and the casinos...

After reading the previous reviews I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel. Alot of work must've been done recently because not only was my room immaculate but the staff was some of the nicest and most professional that I've ever met. Their lounge is a comfortable friendly atmosphere that really made me feel at home. I'm leaving tomorrow morning and will definently be staying here again!
