Enjoyed the room, it was spacious, the Bed was comfortable, the TV's were nice. The Sitting area was comfortable, spacious, and useful. The provided wireless internet was pretty fast. The Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and the provided breakfast had good selection and was healthy and delicious!

The initial greeting area was nice, but once you got into the hallway going to the rooms, the standards really fell. There is no elevator, and hallways are very narrow. Garden level room had no locks on the windows, and only a (too short) wooden stick in the window for security. When i asked for my reservation to be cancelled, there were no questions asked. i have a feeling other customers have done the same thing. Furnishings in the room were nice, but the hotel structure really needs updating.

This was a very nice hotel. The pool was small, however served the purpose. Staff was friendly and the bed was very comfortable. Also the traffic noise was minimal compared to other locations we have stayed at in the metro area. Thanks

Good location as larger mall across the street with a variety of restaurants in area. No elevator but was not a problem. Rooms were on the small side but did not spend much time in room as on vacation. Nice to have an acutal Queen size beds rather than just doubles. Pool was small but kids enjoyed it. Good value for money as compared to other hotels in the area. Total stay was one week. Glad to have a total non smoking hotel. Close to Valley Fair 10 mins and Mall of America 15 mins depending on traffic. Hotel was clean and recently updated. Free Continental breakfast in am was good and staff kept it well stocked. Only real complaint was only three tables in lobby for breakfast so depending on time that you went down for breakfast you may have to wait for a table.

My wife has serious asthma problems. The air conditioning was not working in our room and we were unable to get it fixed. We were also shocked to discover there was no elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor. The front desk did not help us find a different room. I can not believe that with the Americans with Disabilities Act, a hotel can advertise themselves as wheel chair accessible and not have an elevator.
We would never stay at this hotel again.
