Due to a storm we arrived at Midnight for our stay. The second my head hit the pillow I could hear 14 people in the next room parting. Night 1 I actually slept in my car in the parking lot. The next day I returned from a long day at the race track to find that our room had not been made up. Complaining produced nothing but apathy. The next morning the breakfast was as cold as the coffee. The ONLY thing this hotel has going for it is the pool and the hot tub, but for a few dollars more you can have it all at the Best Western across the street so do yourself a favor and SKIP THIS HOTEL!! They do not deserve your business with such poor customer service and cannot even provide the basics for hotel stays.

Last summer my wife and I stayed at this hotel. We checked in and eventhough at first they could not find our reservation they found that it was misplaced. We got our keys to our room and went and unpacked our bags for ou stay. It was very nice to lay down after the road trip frm Colorado. Unfortunately we were right next door to my in-laws but that did not change enjoying our stay. It rained the whole time we were in Fernley but we were able to enjoy our trip for our oldest nephews graduation. Thank you for the great service and enjoyable stay we look forward to staying a your hotel again in 2010.
