I recently stayed at the Best Western Hammond Inn and Suites and was pleased with my stay. The Staff from the moment I checked in was very friendly and also said "Hello". The breakfast area is located in the main lobby area, so the staff is always available to ask you how your stay is and make sure all the breakfast items are available. I also like that the hotel is a short walk across the street from the Mall.
This was possibly the worst continental breakfast i have ever experenced. they did not have a microwave in serving area. muffins wereprepacked and not very good.
