I have stayed at this hotel at least twice a year for the last 10 years and have always had a good experience. I do recommend the bottom floor, especially with kids, as the noise level seems more pronounced when you are walking around the room. The rooms have been remodeled and they look nice. The pool area is very nice and being open 24 hours a day makes it even better to hit the jacuzzi before going to bed in the evening. Despite what front desk says, I don't think the pool is heated very well though. Jacuzzi is clean and HOT! The poolside breakfast is okay, nothing to write home about. The choices could be better and the help could be a lot more pleasant but it's free so it will do. I am in the process of making another reservation for next week for some relaxation time in PS!

This is an older Motel that they atemped to update but with poor results. Our room was difficult to unlock because they did a poor job of upgrading the locking device. The room was damp and musky smelling so we had to run the fan to try and circulate air through the room. We returned after breakfast and shopping at 1:00 pm so we could dress for a wedding that evening but our roon was not cleaned yet so I had to ask for clean towels so we could shower. We would not stay here again or recommend this place to friends. The place was that nice and the service was terrible.

Stayed in mid/late November. Very basic hotel of the Best Western chain, this property is a bit "tired" however. Good location if you want to drive into downtown Palm Springs and is a short, easy drive from airport. Rooms were clean, although the room I was in was oddly laid out IF you are one who likes to watch TV while in bed (which actually I don't) it may be difficult as the TV is perpendicular to the beds. The screen on the window was missing, and the window was very difficult to open so if you like the window open for fresh air this room wasn't it. An "extended" continental breakfast included waffles prepared by a hotel employee was an addition to the standard continental breakfast. It is served in the pool area and can be a bit cool in the mornings. Pool area is nice, wireless internet not dependable at all. Staff were friendly. I think there are better places nearby at similar rates.

Everything was as expected. The room was clean, quiet, everything worked. The staff was cordial and knowledgeable about the area. The continental breakfast was very nice with a good variety of food. We would definitely stay here again.

I happened to stay at this hotel and I was very pleased with it.The staff and service was very good.The room was very clean,beds were comfortable and well equipped.The fact that this place has a 24 hr pool is a plus and most hotels don't have this amenity.It is a little secluded but a very short drive from downtown Palm springs and other attactions.the breakfast offered was good and varied.All in all I would definitly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the Palm Springs area specially families.
