- ripped and frayed carpets - cracked, chipped and missing chunks of paint throughout the bathroom - a shower that shifted from cold to scalding hot on its own, no matter when or for how long you were in it. - desk chair that blocked access into the room from the door. - advertised a tennis court, which in actuality had no net and or court lines - the fitness facility had a broken bike but a nice universal weght machine

Loved the mattress, Wi-Fi was fast, and staff was nice. Didn't care for the dirty bathroom or peeling wallpaper. We had a King mini-bar suite. The mini bar was a counter with bar sink, micro-wave and 2(!) refrigerators: 1 under counter non-working one, and a second full size one in the closet (well, mostly in the closet). Probably wouldn't stay here again

This was my second stay at Best Western InnSuites Yuma Hotel and Suites. I loved it as much this time as the first. The front desk was great! Computers are available so you can print out boarding pass. The front desk was very friendly and helpful with things to do and directions. The hotel has a fantastic breakfast buffet, they also have happy hour from 530 to 730. The pool is so relaxing, no road noise, nice and quiet. The rooms are great, maid service great. The weather there is sunny all the time . I can't wait to return around Labor Day.
