Upon my arrival at the hotel, I found my room on the second floor a little difficult to get to since there is no elevator and had to lift my strap shoulder bag and suitcase up a flight of steps. Every hotel I have stayed at has an elevator. I was shocked. I was able to do it but if it was two years ago I wouldn't have due to a knee injury. Secondly, I found my room to be very accomodating with a king bed but once I turned the lights on next to the bed, there was a big black stink bug next to the pillows. I took a picture of the insect and showed it to ABC. at the desk. She apologized and was very pleasant and changed my room immediately to the first floor. The room was fine and the breakfast was great.

The property is well located and is well maintained. The rooms were fine, albeit basic. The air conditioning can be a little noisy and the water pipes also make some noise (a problem when a guest decides to take a shower at 5:00 AM!

I could not have asked for better service, Staff was so nice, efficient, accommodating. My rooms were clean, not severely cramped, we had room to move around and not trip on each other and our things. I must say my thanks and appreciation to all of the staff I interacted with or greeted us with a cheery attitude.

07/18/2007The staff is wonderful. they are friendly and helpful. rooms were clean. the outside grounds were well maintained and the pool area was great. i will stay again next year.

When we booked we expected relax in the Bar. However that part and half the rest of the hotel was being remodeled. Woke up to early morning hammering. Not as adverstised, but will be great when done.
