Front desk friendly. Room was filthy. Smelled funny. A/C was stale. Window dripped water. Bathroom/shower dirty. Washcloth behind toilet to catch leak. Cigarette burns in quilt in non-smoking room. Military rate not honored. Door locks broken. Maintenance man showed us how to kick in door to gain access to room or to "put our shoulder into it". Would never stay here again....would rather sleep in car. PA family. With teens.

The front desk was very friendly. The continental breakfast was good and dining area clean. My rooms were not the cleanest.There was a dirty washcloth left on the shower and dirty towel from previous people.The bed sheets were dirty you could see sweat marks on the pillow cases and on the sheets. The rooms were not the cleanest.I have stayed in other Best Westerns and they are not all like this place.

02/17/2008New hotel - open only 3 weeks when i stayed here. my only negative was having to go back up to the front desk and ask for washcloths...there weren't ...
New hotel - open only 3 weeks when I stayed here. My only negative was having to go back up to the front desk and ask for washcloths...there weren't any left in the room. Other than that, everything was great! And if you like Mexican food, go to a nice little restaurant called El Nopal about a quarter mile to the south.
