Where to begin...I was put by an exterior door that loudly slammed shut everytime anyone went through it. I never had any hot water, not at 9:30 at night, not at 7 in the morning. This may have been a blessing, since the tub would not drain. Left without being able to take a shower. Joy! Mentioned this to the desk personnel. They were nonplussed. I

This place was great. It offers a cafe, bar, Theme Park info center, swimming pool, hot tub, basketball and tennis courts? Yes basket ball and tennis courts! You can not find a better price for all this!! Now, it is no Disney Resort, but for those who are on a budget, stay here. It is the next best thing to a real resort!

We travel to Orlando quite frequently and this was by far the best hotel for the money that we have found anywhere near International Blvd. It was very clean, the staff was very friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the price was right. Will look forward to staying again at this hotel.

Location was not as good as stated for what we were in Orlando for which was a convention. Listed a variety of resturants but they were not close by within walking distance. Taxis were not easily available. Could not connect to internet from room. TV kept coming on when turned off. Business center wasn't good as one could not download any info if needed from emails or print anything. The only thing good was the rate of the rooms at this time. Rooms do need to be updated - somewhat grubby, not particularly clean or well kept. Disappointed as we do stay in Best Westerns alot. The breakfast buffet was pretty good at a value. Will not likely stay at this BW again.
