I just stayed here one night. The rooms have been remodeled and hte bed are confortable. It has some amenities of more expensive hotels. My big mistake was having a room near the office. There is a lounge/bar next to the lobby and the patrons and office staff were smoking and drinking and talking loud outside my door until the wee hours of the morning. It advertises a restaurant on site and that's true, except the restaurant is only opened for 3 hours in the morning. There is assigned parking and it's not a good neighborhood for Scottsdale. There was an all night massage parlor right next ot it that had some unsavory characters hanging out the door all night. The room was very nice, but as a single woman traveling to visit family alone, I felt a little uneasy the whole time. For such an inexpensive price, I would stay there again if I was traveling with someone else.

We were relocating from out of town and needed to stay in a hotel until our housing was available. We planned to stay about two weeks so we had a lot of luggage. There is no luggage cart to haul everything on, so we had to carry it in after moving all day long. The next morning we woke up to ants in the room. The staff asked us to switch rooms, so we had to haul everything by hand again to another room. The next morning there were ants. The staff accused us of bringing the ants into the hotel and were not willing to help us anymore. We had to live with the ants. We had to buy our own bug spray and kill the ants. When I say ants, I mean at least 100 were crawling on the walls everywhere. I would never stay at this hotel again because the hotel staff was inconsiderate and we still had to pay for the hotel room. Awful, awful, awful.

This Inn is conveniently located in Phoenix; close to the airport, zoo and shopping. Rooms are very clean. The courtyard area is immaculately groomed and includes an aviary, gazebo, pool and tropical plants. The restaurant food is good, but is unfortunately open only 7-10 am each day.
