  Showed up and reserved room had been put on maintenance prior to our arrival. The front desk clerk, I believe his name was T? Was very nice and helpful, upgraded us from a queen room to a king for the same price! Room was very clean and comfortable. Only one minor complaint, could use a touch more lighting. 4/5.

  Average hotel. requested a lower floor and was told there was none available. all booked up. when i looked outside several times i noticed there was not enough people there ...

  Average hotel. Requested a lower floor and was told there was none available. All booked up. When I looked outside several times I noticed there was not enough people there to even fill one floor. i asked for a map of the city. None available. The tolietries were basic soap and shampoo. it was clean and average. Just not like it sounded on the description. I would not stay there again nor would I recommend it.
