Promised rates not honored
09/06/2010Just arrived from oh - very tired. rate given on arrival is about $* for the week than what was quoted on the phone. even the confirmation # doesn't seem to matter ...
Just arrived from OH - very tired. Rate given on arrival is about $* for the week than what was quoted on the phone. Even the confirmation # doesn't seem to matter to the staff. Bottom line, don't trust their quote ahead of time. It may not be honored when you arrive.

We've stayed at this Hotel mant times in the past and been satisfied.... however our last visit we booked through the travel agency and got a terrible rooms. The first one overlooked the Ice Machine and stairwell with 2 smaller beds for a couple.... The second room smelled like urine and the third room had a larger bed and was acceptable...however changing rooms three times wasen't fun. The manager was wonderful and very nice to help us find a decent room. So, we're staying there one more time through the travel agent just to see what happens....they called the Hotel to make sure we would be satisfied.....more later :) Thanks for reading about out experience.

This is a nice hotel. We stayed 1 night, and we were happy with the accommodations. The room had a fridge, microwave, coffee table, pull-out couch and a working desk. The wi-fi worked great in the room. One complaint is that the room smelled very musty. The clerk at the desk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was well-stocked and maintained. It was too chilly to use the pool, but it looked very well-maintained. The landscaping was just beautiful. All in all, it was a pretty good value for the money. We recommend this hotel.

We can not give enough praise for the staff of the Best Western Sawgrass. They were so very accomodating and helpful. So much so that we plan to visit again. The rooms were neat & clean, the beds comfortable, but the staff (especially XYZ ) put you over the top. Thanks again.
