- The Boca Raton Bridge Hotel is 100% Non Smoking.
- There is a 12.00 per night plus tax service fee that covers parking, use of exercise room, pool/beach towels (requires refundable deposit), bottled water, in-room and lobby coffee, incoming faxes, 10% off Ride-a-Wave rentals (at hotel dock). This fee will be collected directly by the hotel at check-out.
- There is a 100 Non Refundable Clean up Dog Fee. Pets are allowed only on the Pet floor.

My Christmas three night stay was wonderful. From check-in to check-out the hotel staff gets high marks. The room was clean, comfortable, and afforded a great view of the intercoastal, boats and attractive properties all around. Watercolors restaurant offered delicious top quality food...if I had to offer one suggestion here, it would be larger portions and bread for their dinner entrees; but the quality, taste, and service were excellent. The Watercolors bar was fun, too. The workout area was clean, but the equipment wasn't that great, so I opted for daily walks to, and along the beach. The walking and scenery were perfect, so even though I indulged in all the great area food, I still lost two pounds on the trip. I hope to return again soon.

I was very happy with my stay, the hotel staff very freindly and always looking to ensure I was happy. The included breakfast was a good size, the only down side was it was the same breakfast both days as they didnt offer a 2nd choice. View from the room was as promised of the intercoastal water way and it was nice watching the boats from the balcany. It was easy to get to. Beach was just short walk from hotel and was great. I would stay here again.

If you are planning on staying here just to sleep, good! The first day me and my girlfriend were cheked in, they sent us to a room that smelled MOLD so strong that sneezing was unavoidable. They rechecked us to a NO-MOLD room. Just wondering: they don't see these things? are they so used to smelling MOLD that they can't smell anymore? Very close to the beach, good views, beach towels are the size of a face towel...ridiculous! elevator takes for EVER to arrive. service fee is paid during check-out no matter what: that covers, miniature beach towels, in-room coffee maker (no sugar /cream) and valet parking (you don't need it, plenty of parking space). Will stay again if they pay me to.
