Stayed three nights, one night in a street balcony room and two nights in a garden view room. You have to expect the street noise in the balcony room was pretty loud, but besides that the hotel was clean, great location, reasonably priced. As with all French quater hotels parking is expensive and valet only. 4 stars......

Location is great, right in the heart of the French Quarter. However, I would never stay there again. The room was barely big enough to hold the queen size bed, the carpeting was filthy, the bathroom was not clean and had wallpaper peeling off. Housekeepimg and maintainence personnel were very noisy and it was difficult to get any sleep after 6 AM

Fabulous location from which to experience the Quarter. Staff wonderful. Ordered room service one night and they were late in delivering and they comped our meal without us asking. Hotel could use a bit of refreshing with a facelift. Room has some waterdamage on the ceiling, but was wonderfully appointed with a great bed and lots of pillows and fabulous sheets. Great stay--had a fine time. Would go back

I loved staying @ the Bourbon Orleans! I found it so romantic upon entering the beautiful lobby. The only thing that we were disappointed with really, was the service in the restraunt.The most convenient location I have ever stayed @ in the Quarter. I will stay here again and have already told several people about it and the packages they offer. Oh yeah, We did not encounter any Spirt activity while there.
