  Only room available in town during Food and Wine Festival, so we booked it. We must have been the last couple to check in because they put us in Room No. 1, next to the highway. Heard every car, truck and 18-wheeler that passed our room throughout the night and next morning. Even heard our neighbors coughing and talking. Super thin walls. Check your bed if you dare to stay here. There was long hairs strewn throughout the blankets on both of the queen size beds in the rooms and on the towels in the bathroom which were so dinghy and threadbare, we chose to leave for home early, skipping the shower experience. Really nasty place. Stay anywhere but here.

  Our stay there was a horrible experience. When we checked the beds in our room, we found "stains" on the sheets and matting.
  
  When we asked for new sheets, we were told sheets weren't available and that they only get changed every other day anyway.
  
  I actually took a photo of this to the manager (which I still have), and his response was one of indifference. Even when I told him that it would likely end up somewhere on the internet, he really didn't care.
  
  DO NOT stay at this hotel.

  The hotel i booked, budget inn deluxe in fredericksburg, tx was really bad, and the service i got at the front desk was even worse!
