This has got to be the most disgusting nastiest slum pit I and my wife have ever had to stay in all our years of traveling. This is hard to know where to start. First of all this is not a 2 star motel, it is far less than a 1 star if that is even possible. The room we stayed in did not even have A/C at all, and it was July when we stayed there. The bathroom looked like it was right out of the worst 3rd world nation you could think of. The shower barely sprayed water, the towels smelled nasty and were way to small and there was like one small bar of soap and absolutely no greeting basket with anything like you might expect. The whole thing with this motel was just a scam to get us to pay online and when you get there suprise WE TRICKED YOU!! And that is what I truly think their thinking behavior actually is, misrepresentation to the MAXX!The carpets are dirty torn and matted, probably 10-20 years old. This place doesn

I limited my search on online travel website to pet-friendly motels because we were bringing two dogs. When I checked in, the woman at the front desk said it was a non-smoking, no pets room. I said we had two dogs. Her reply: "We do not allow pets here, but we allow pets on-line." I repeated that back to her and asked what she meant. She pointed to a sign in the office that said"No pets allowed"; and said they do not allow pets, but they say they allow pets in their on-line listing - then demanded $20 as a pet fee. I said that there was no mention of this in my reservation, asked her to show me, on my reservation print-out, where it said there would be a charge. She said she didn't care what it said and told me we had to pay $20 more to stay there with our dogs. Just unbelievable. It was late, I didn't want to have to find another motel, so I gave up and paid the $20. The first "non-smoking room" they offered me stank of cigarettes. A second room smelled even worse. Finally, she found us a room that didn't stink. None of the rooms actually have permanent signs to say that they are non-smoking - there's just a card on the dresser, hard to even notice, that says not to smoke. Obviously people smoke anyway. I don't think I have ever been treated so rudely at a hotel or motel. For the extra $20, we could have stayed somewhere better!
