We returned to the hotel one evening to find the front desk person, and presumably the only "gate keeper" providing for our security, asleep on one of the couches in the sitting area. We freely waltzed into the hotel without so much as a key and stepped right onto the elevators with no one the wiser. Also posing a security concern, Housekeeping entered our room each day, despite the use of the "Do Not Disturb" sign. The breakfast was extremely over-priced. * Euros ($* USD) apiece for stale bread, 2 cereal selections (corn flakes or chocolate corn flakes), and instant coffee. The fire alarm went off one morning, and we had to march down stairs to the street level to stand in the rain for what was apparently a small incident in the kitchen (doing what I cannot imagine since there was nothing "cooked" for breakfast). The elevator broke down so we had to take the stairs to the 6th floor. The room was so small, I had to climb over the corner of the bed to get to the other side. Air conditioner very poor. All in all, a horrible lodging experience, for which we have now paid twice. Please do yourself a favor and AVOID this hotel.
