At $* a night I found it to be expensive for what you get. That said everything was expensive so this hotel was in line with the rest. The breakfast area was crowded and not very well laid out in my opinion but was kept well stocked and the staff was friendly. Overall no real complaints and I would reccomend this hotel.

We used to come for the waterpark when the kids were smaller. Now we come for a reliably good stay. The rooms are well maintained. Excellent breakfast. Handsome lobby & rooms. Helpful staff. Convenient laundry room. Large bathroom, nice views. We've always been pleased we came.

Beautiful view. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room appeared clean. The sheets and pillow cases reeked of a scent that cause me to have 2 asthma attacks. It was late and was so tired but had to sleep on top of of the bed cover (which did not smell as strong). This was the only negative but having asthma I would have to say that I could never risk returning to this hotel.

We've stayed at the Pocaterra Inn once a year for three years now. As usual, we booked a suite in advance and when we got there with our two year old daughter, we were first informed that children weren't allowed on that floor. We told the staff person that when we booked it we had indicated that we needed a crib, and that they should have figured that out. After calling the hotel manager, they agreed to let us stay in the suite we booked with our two year old as long as we promised to not be loud. We were thankful for the kindness they showed to us.
