Pathetic Customer Service!!!

We "stayed" here last weeked (6/12). Check in went smoothly enough. However, later in the evening my neighbor's TV was turned up so loudly we could hear it over our own. This continued despite my four calls (placed between 11:30 PM and 2:45 AM) to the front desk seeking assistance. In fact, the front desk's response was "they're celebrating...nothing I can do about it." No offer to move us, no apologies. So, after phone call number 4 and no sleep we left at 3:00 AM! Leaving our room was like walking down a dorm hallway the night after finals, there were empty beer cases and bottles littering the hallway. I also noticed several half full bags of garbage lying near the elevator in the hallway. I have stayed at hotels coast to coast and never had such a lousy experience at a hotel in my life. Still waiting on a call back from the manager...

05/02/2009Our stay was wonderful! excellentnt staff; took the kids,safe enviornment, walking distance to pappadeux & the studio movie grill, would definently stay again.

I expected to have a nice relaxing few days with the convenience of a fridge in the room. Instead, there were biting bugs in the room/furniture. It was awful. I suspect they were bed bugs.
Also there was no maid service-despite being told on the phone when I made my reservation that they would change the bedding daily. They also promised to change out the towels daily if I were to put in a request. When I go there, I was told, oh no, you have to change the sheets/towels yourself...bring us the dirty ones and we'll give you some clean ones to put on the bed/in your bathroom. -

Everything I want, nothing I don't. Especially good hotel for longer stays because of the many amenities for longer stays. And they don't nickel and dime you to death. Broadband connection in the room. Excellent fitness center includes weights and cardio. Well stocked pantry on first floor is open 24 hours and is reasonably priced. If you are a road warrior, you will like this hotel
