  Lobby had overwhelming curry aroma- lessened it would be passable but should be neutral; 1st "non-smoking" room had been smoked in and garment rod was missing; 2 units on same floor had screens partially ripped off (by ??); 2nd room had 2 Q beds, not the King reserved and was suitable for handicapped with garment rods 2-3' above floor!. Young staff did seem to feel bad about our disappointments so far. They hadn't seen it all! Last room was upstairs- we requested downstairs- and was a "suite" with large expanses of unoccupied floor, totally bare walls, leftover jar lids on the floor, a lonesome nail in the bathroom wall, and inoperable window. It did have motion-detector operated lights and fans, but not in bedroom.Insect bites on arms were evident on both of us the next day. Continental breakfast was waterd down oj, cold sweet rolls in their original plastic wraps, white bread and coffee, served on a table whose cloth was so covered with spilled coffe that one couldn't set a cup on it. Managers were totally unaware of Fall promotion for staying 5 nights and getting one free, but who would want to. No comment cards and minimal amenities were offered. Would recommend this motel to a masochist only.
