I stood in this hotel for 14 nights. Rxcelent conditions, very clean, the staff was very kind and helpful. The only thing I didn't like: too much chlorine in the pool and in the room after cleaning the room (especialy in the bathroom). I had to aerate the room for 1/2 hour after the cleaning lady left. The bathroom does not have a ventilation system bt itself.

The hotels location is great. It is in the middle of the bays action. I had a room with a bay view which was very spacious and clean. The decor is rustic and mexican style. In the lobby they have a new coffee shop with free internet access that works well. They have a Hooters restaurant and a sushi place on premises that are well above par for Acapulco. My experience with this hotel was much more than what I expected and would recommend it to anyone not willing to overpay for an american brand hotel.
