  I booked with travelocity and paid for my room at the time of booking. when i arrived at the hotel, the receptionist charged my debit card not once , but twice ...

  I booked with Travelocity and PAID for my room at the time of booking. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist charged my debit card not once , but twice even after I showed her that I had already paid for the room. I have no complaints with the room..it was clean and comfortable. But when I got home and found my checking account had been withdrawn from; I called the account manager. She argued with me and then the manager ; argued with me that they had refunded my money but would not concede that they had charged twice. In fact; he told me that he did not care if I was upset. They had not done anything wrong. I will be filing a complainst with corporate Comfort Suites. I could have taken anything but him saying He did not care, IT IS HIS JOB TO CARE.
