The Studio Suite was very nice. The room was clean and made me feel that it was home away from home. The hotel service staff were very friendly and worked hard to ensure my stay was comfortable. The hotel breakfast was not very good. I will stay at this location again.

Nice room nothing fancy, it was about right for the price. Hotel is setup almost like an apartment complex. Hotel staff was very friendly and the breakfast that's served was nice. Took our small dog and thought the hotel was very pet friendly. Nice kitchen area, everything you would need for an extended stay. Everything we did in and around KC area was within 20-30 min drive from hotel.

This hotel was great. I travel with my dog a lot and some hotels I've stayed at with her "allow" dogs but charge large fees and turn up their nose when you say you brought a dog with you. Here, one of the people at the front desk actually came around and said hi to my dog and petted her for a little bit. The pet fee is also quite reasonable. You can take your pet out to do its business wherever you want on the hotel grounds as long as you clean up after it which is also different from most hotels which give you a small patch of ground you're allowed to walk your dog on. The room was also more than I expected. Nicely decorated and seems to have been updated quite recently the kitchen was huge and the bathroom was an excellent layout. The bed was comfortable and the pillows were fluffy. Good location too. I would definitely stay here again.

Today Nov. 28th is our anniversary, but we chose to celebrate it the weekend before in Kansas City. When we opened the door we figured we must be in the wrong place, but man was we wrong! More space than you can imagine and all tucked away in a little slice of heaven. Lots of space, very clean and great price! Thank you Chase Suites and Thank You online travel website!!! 1

Not a one bedroom suite
11/24/2007The one bedroom suites are actually studios. sofa bed was not very comfortable....have been in hotels with better. that was misleading to us on the website.

Nice kitchen/dressing area. Nice breakfast and manager's social time.
The entry door was not tight fitting which allowed quite a breeze to come in. We used the extra pillows or the sofa cushions to block the air.
Had the studio been $20 less, we would have been very happy. Just expected more for what we paid.
