Upon arriving we almost decided to leave and find some where else to stay. First off there is no receptionist they have valet manage the whole check in process and the great part is valet doesn't work for the condo but the valets were pleasant. The room was a disaster, since the place is a condo and not a hotel room service comes whenever at anytime not only that the one time we did get room service all they did was fix the beds and did a worst job then my 11 year old daughter. The room was dirty with stains on the floor the walls were all marked up the blinds were broken and didn't close. The condo is pet friendly dogs everywhere so when we got up to our floor we were greeted by poops on the hallway floor not only that on our second day my oldest daughter found a little dog poop surprise under one of the beds and it was after room service visited. The toiletries like the lotions and shampoos in the bathrooms were used. The good thing about the room was the kitchen it was spacious and modern and the fact you get free internet, you have to plug though it's not wifi. Another good thing is the Condo sits on the Beach and give a great view and beach access also valet is free I just recommend tipping the guys its hot and they don't park your vehicle on premise. Lots of things to do but I recommend a car for travel. Last the lobby had a pool table so we went down to play a bit of pool and the sticks were missing the tips and the table was a bit beat up.

This place is great. The rooms are very nice and clean and all the amenities listed were provided. The pool was small but there is direct beach access so that was not an issue. Valet was complimentary which as you know is expensive in Miami. Because it's a resident building and technically not considered a hotel, you don't get any help from the front desk. There is no restaurant onsite and there is no room service. I didn't see housekeeping not once. I would definately stay here again. One advice, buy your own food to cook, it saves you tons!!
