Important Hotel Information
- Guests must be 21 or older in order to check-in without an adult. Please note room rates quoted do not include a daily hotel fee of 9.95 (including tax) per room per night. This mandatory fee includes beach lounge chair and beach towel, wireless internet access in lobby (via your laptop computer), wired internet access (via your laptop computer), daily newspaper, concierge service and use of gym.

Stayed here in June of 2010. When I arrived, I get the key to the room and the room is tiny like a bathroom. I happened to pass by the front desk while coming from outside when the hotel associate stops me and says they gave me the wrong room and asked if she could move me. The bell boy helped me move my bags and the second room was a little better with much more room. The location is accross the street from the beach. You will have to walk there. The portion of the beach closest to the hotel is not ideal. No restaurants close by and the beach is empty and kind of dirty and you are not allowed to bring food or drinks on that side. I've stayed in Miami about ten times and never heard of that. The location was not the best and the room was okay. There is no bath tub only a stand-up shower. The staff is nice but restaurant inside is way over-priced (about $*.00 for breakfast) Although the staff was nice, I would not stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel for a getaway or vacation.

If you are looking for a clean attractive hotel near the beach this is it. We only stayed one night, but will use this hotel again whenever we are in Miami Beach. One block to the boardwalk and beach. A good convenience delicatessen next door. One block to the bus stop to take you to wonderful Lincoln drive or South Beach's art deco nightclub district. Friendly staff, nice salt water pool, excellent amenities.

Me and my wife stayed here for a short time before heading farther south in Florida for the Nascar races in Homestead. We stayed there only two nights but the staff was very friendly and accomidating to our needs and request. The next hotel we stayed at during our trip made us want to come back to the Circa 39 more and more. We had a great time there and if we're ever in Miami again, I will most definately look them up for another stay. The only negative l have, which l learned was just the way South Beach works it the parking. Be prepared to have money for parking where ever you go down there but other than that....No complaints from me.
