The room was very small, the carpet was old and dirty (I did not feel comfortable walking barefoot), the toiletries were cheap. I had no remote control I had to ask the front desk for one and the one she gave me didn't even work. There were no outlets to plug in chargers, laptops etc unless you unplugged lamps or tv. The fitness center was a bike and an elliptical in a tiny room. The breakfast was fruit, cereal or waffle, none of which looked very appetizing. The water in the shower did not go down. The room was adjacent to the parking lot so I felt very unsafe throughout the night. The heater worked fine and the staff was nice. Booked it for Friday and Saturday night but checked out Saturday morning forfeiting my Sat. night stay. I would not stay here again, nor would I recommend it. It was in a conveinient location but there are so many hotels in this area it's not worth it.

My husband and I stayed at Cocca's on the way to Montreal on June 24, 2010. It was conveniently located near the interstate, although the actual hotel itself was difficult to get to because of the design of the streets in that area. The room was small and older, but clean. The bathroom and bathtub were small, and I had to call the front desk for a hair dryer because it was missing in the room. For a place to sleep along the way, it suited us fine, but I would not recommend it for long stays or for families. Also-Ralph's Tavern, a nearby restaurant, serves awesome Italian-American food and it's open late!

The room, though small, was clean and efficiently laid out. Smallest bathroom I've ever seen. The location is very convenient to a wide variety of restaurants, from casual to upscale, around the nearby shopping mall. The bed was extremely soft, which may not be good for back problems. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I put out the Privacy sign so that no one would enter my room while I was away during the day. When I was returtned the privacy sign was gone and I found it on the inside of my door. I asked the manager of the Hotel why someone entered the room and she said "Oh the room cleaners need to do that becasue customers will complain if there room isn't cleaned - customers always say that they forgot to take in the privacy sign. I then asked her waht the poin tof the sign is and she said - it just means they knock before entering your room" UNACCEPTABLE PRIVACY - the manager just doesn't get it !
