Our stay of one night was great. There was a bit of a mixup with the rooms and the front desk staff were tremendously helpful and straightened it out very quickly and pleasantly. I would definitely recommend the hotel and the onsight restaurant. The continental breakfast was well organized and just what we were looking for. We wwould definitely book this hotel again.

Like the other review, ""what a find!"" Clean, friendly, great pool and waterslide. The breakfast was boring but worked. I would stay here again, and not even consider another hotel at all.

What a find. This hotel has a reputation by the locals, I found out, as the top hotel in Kamloops. The kids loved it as they have an indoor water slide & great pool. The rooms & lobby were so clean, I was awestruck. Deffinately recomend this hotel.
