  If you are planning on staying here to visit Portland, get a good night's rest, or enjoy surrounding amenities, this is NOT the place! Transportation to downtown includes a wait for the airport shuttle to return you to the airport to wait-again- for the train. VERY inconvenient. If you are thinking of sleeping in past 7 am, forget it. Housekeeping will be bright and chipper, chatting just outside your door making up other rooms even though the 'do not disturb' sign is on. We had the fun of being 'missed' one day, returning very late to an unmade room. The next night we returned and our room had been re-keyed and was inaccessible. On a redeeming note, when the manager learned of our issues, he gave me a comp room the next night. Of course, I was on a package and leaving town so only my associate could use it.

  The telephone cord fell out of the phone. They replaced immediately. Thanks. The fridge crapped out. There was quite a bit of noise. The bed was comfortable, but quite firm. The bathroom was good. The parking was excellent. The room was small. The location was excellent. The restaurant (I had the pasta) was fantastic. Overall, not worth $$ per night. More like $*. Motel 6 gets my money next time.

  Thought the hotel room was in good shape and comfortable. close to the airport with shuttle. good value for the money. staff was helpful and friendly.

  This was our first visit to this hotel. Thought it was beautiful and comfortable. The bed was exceptional - so much better than other places we have stayed (and lots of pillows!). Couldn't hear any other guests in other rooms. Bathrooms were very nice and everything clean!! We will probably always choose to stay here when we visit Portland, which is often. The young lady at the front desk was very warm and friendly.
