08/16/2007We arrive at la quinta 2:10 pm and was advised by the front desk staff that the rooms were not ready as most of their guest checked out last ...
We arrive at La Quinta 2:10 PM and was advised by the front desk staff that the rooms were not ready as most of their guest checked out last on 8/1/07 at around 12:00 Noon.
We waited patiently in the lobby for 20 minutes and was then given the information and key for our room.
The hallway to our room had a musty odor and smelt somewhat like smoke.
On arriving at the room there were dirty sheets and towels on the floor.
I returned to the front to inform the clerk, she informed me that the information I received online that check in time was incorrect and that she was going to check with house keeping about the room.
My daughter asked her about our check out time seeing the inconvenience we were experiencing ....the clerk became very curt and informed my daughter the check out time is 12:00 noon. The information you got on the travelocity website is incorrect the check in time is not 2pm its 3:00PM.
2:35Pm we asked if she had any idea when the room will be ready, we were informed that it was.
The bathroom still had hair from the previous guest in the shower,
the towels were not clean.
Overall a bad experience our family will never stay at another La Quinta. -
