I booked this hotel for a family trip to Kings Island and it was just what we needed. The room was very basic but it was very clean. It had a fridge and a microwave, which were nice conveniences. Everything seemed relatively new and the bath/shower was more than adequate. My only minor complaint is that the shower head was too low for me. I'm 6"2' and the shower head was just about at the level of my eyebrows. Still, that's just a nitpick, and I find that the rule rather then the exception when I travel. When we returned from KI for our second night at the hotel our room key wouldn't work, but the clerk at the front desk corrected it immediately and was very friendly. Kings Island is just a five minute drive away, and there is a good variety of places to eat and shop in the area too (Bonus points for a White Castle being right next door). Downtown Cincy is just about 20 minutes away. We would definitely stay there again for a KI or Cincy trip.

We were doing a two day trip to King's Island. On the first day we called to confirm the reservation and see about checking in early- it was no problem, the room was ready. It wasn't the Ritz, but clean with two comfy beds with new bedding and a fridge and microwave. The hotel is close to a great area pizza place, Tower of Pizza, maybe and other restaurants could walk to McDonald's, etc. The hallways and common areas were clean and the pool area was nice. We were very happy with the experience and would stay there again.

The motel was very well maintained. It was clean inside and out. The bathroom was rather small, but it was clean. This room had a microwave and small refrigerator which was convenient. The four pillows were soft and the bed was the best mattress that I have slept on in months...well actually, since the last time that I spent a night at a Comfort Inn in a different city!

The Fields-Ertel area isn't exactly pretty, but there are plenty of restaurants close by, the rooms are very clean, the staff was accomidating, and the hotel had every amenity I might need including washing machine and dryer. For some reason the bed wasn't very comfortable, but that could have just been me. I'd definately, definately stay here again.
