I did not have hot water for showering two mornings in a row. I was told to contact for a rebate or discount on my next visit to a Comfort Inn. One front desk person was uninformed about the discount and was reluctant to let me speak with the manager until I insisted. The front desk refused to give me a zero balance bill upon check out, saying to go through web The room stunk of cigarettes, and I was told that I could not change my room assignment.

Beware of the black mold!!!
08/30/2007So i thought this hotel would be fairly nice, it is supposedly newly renovated. our first impression was great, the staff friendly the lobby and dining area gorgeous, the room, ...
So I thought this hotel would be fairly nice, it is supposedly newly renovated. Our first impression was great, the staff friendly the lobby and dining area gorgeous, the room, while small fit into the nice newly decorated theme. However on closer inspection we noticed black mold growing up one of the walls. The front desk was very accomodating and moved us to another room. We packed up all our stuff and 2 kids only to find this room had black mold and water coming out of a wall. The manager came up apologized and said he would upgrade us to a business suite. At 10:30p.m. we finally relocated to our 3rd room only to find this one also had black mold. At this point I said whatever I can't keep moving my kids need to sleep. No offer to comp at all. Needless to say I have called the Nebraska Public Health Dept. My advice try the Holiday Inn right across the street.

We had to wait in line for 40 minutes to check in, the lady at the front desk was really rude and making comments the whole time to other people which was very unprofessional. We wanted to upgrade to a room with a king size bed and when we got there the floor in front of the bathroom was sopping wet. The next morning my husband went down for breakfast at 9:00 and there was no food left. It took 45 minutes of standing in line before we could check out and then when it was finally my turn, they had completely messed up my bill. When I got home and checked my bank balance 4 days later, I discovered they had double billed my credit card even though they absolutely assured me they hadn't processed it. We will NOT stay here ever again - it was just too much hassle. On the good side - the suite was really nice, big, comfortable, and pretty.

The front desk staff were very short with us and did not want to answer our questions at check in. Would not check to see if there were any n/s rooms for us. When we got to the room- our toilet was running and would not flush. It took 4 hours and 3 phone calls to the front desk before it was fixed. At breakfast the next morning we were there early and there was nothing left and appeared to be no one working the breakfast room. We were very disappointed in our stay as we have stayed there in the past and did not have any problems, but we will not be staying there again.
