Place was fairly close to Candlestick Park and Fisherman's Wharf. Place was ok..."Continental Breakfast" was a BUST!! Both rooms that my group reserved had issues with room keys and had go to front desk to be let in. Such a drag!!!! Thank god we only stayed for 1 night, otherwise I'm sure I would have a lot more things to comment about. Bed made up for the very bad service.

Ok so first off. There is a reason it's * a night. It's a cheep night stay. It is by the airport so I expected the planes overhead. When someone decided to take a shower next door the plumbing was louder than the planes. It looks like they started a remodel and just left it half done. The bathrooms didn't have caulking around the tub and were not super clean. the bed and the room were ok. We stayed one night and found a hotel closer in to San Fran, and was much cleaner. The staff seemed nice and were actually helpful. The continental breakfast didn't offer much. It did have free covered parking though.

Have stayed twice earlier in this hotel because of nice rooms and friendly staff. Hotel is under renovation and at the moment not so comfortable. Once done, the hotel will deserve a 3 star rating.

we came late past 11:00 pm,the lady who assisted us was so friendly,she even give us the disable parking because the lot was full..the room was big n clean...we r so happy that we got this hotel...over all it was a great experience...sure will came back n recommend this to a friend...thank u so much...
