Previously I stayed at another hotel up the road that caters to business travelers and was happy, but then I stayed here and was even happier. The hotel was very clean and didn't have that musty hotel smell. The staff was super friendly, and called my room after about 15 minutes to check and make sure everything was fine. I stayed on the first floor King Suite and it was very large, comfortable and well decorated. This was my first stay on a first floor and it was quiet - with the exception of the phone at the front desk, it rang very loudly when a guest called. My biggest complaint would be that the spotlights outside shine right into the windows and the curtains are not thick enough to block out the light. I did not try the continental breakfast but it smelled wonderful. The hotel is located within minutes of lots of great places to eat and shop. It is located in a safe, lovely part of town. Would recommmend anyone visiting the Jackson area stay in Flowood, and stay in this hotel.

We stayed at the Comfort Suites in Flowood over the 4th of July weekend. Had a great stay with our two little girls while visiting family in the area. The staff were very customer oriented. Good contenental breakfast. The pool was great for our kids and was shaded in the afternoon time.
