This is the second stay in two years for us. First using Travel agency. Nice clean homey environment. Courteous and friendly staff. Staff over the top to provide a comfortable stay. Ship schedule at front desk daily. Ship viewing close and grand. Other events located and maps to them from the front desk. This is the second year to spend Thanksgiving with our college daughter. We will be back again next year if she is once again unable to make it home.

Probably the best room/suite I've ever stayed in. Amenities included microwave popcorn & bottled water. Large jacuzzi. Large tiled shower. Balcony going outside, Fireplace viewable from sitting room and bedroom. Good continental breakfast. Ample parking, although I could see where parking could be a problem in the middle of the summer. Very nice dining room although they had to open the meeting room for more space. Bed was very comfortable, and except for the boats going through the canal, the room was very quiet. Pool and exercise room very nice. Also has a safe in the room for your valuables. Highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed in August with my wife and son. Hotel is in a great location but that was all the hotel had to offer. When we pulled into the lot to check in I had to repeat my name 9 times because the parking lot kid had his ipod headphones in. Staff was rude and not helpful, almost rude .When carrying luggage in and out maids would block the hallways and not move even after saying excuse me a few times. Not worth the money of the over priced room. Oh yeah, pool was closed.

This was one of the best hotels that we have stayed at in Duluth to date for our family. Rooms were clean and QUITE which made for a very restful and relaxing week. The breakfast each morning was hot and also had a good variety versus just the make your own waffles and cold cereal that we have gotten at other places. The location was absolutely perfect and we got a very good rate because we went a week before the summer season began. We will definitely be staying here again in the future. Note that our kids loved the pool, but it was rather small and once again we were there before the rush season. So not sure what it would be like when it gets really busy.

Five of us, including two children stayed here in just one room. Two beds and a sofa made it possible. The pool was nice and warm. The continental breakfast was awesome - we even made our own waffles. Great customer service, too. We'll be back.
