  We stayed at this property during the Sunbelt Classic in June. It was a comfortable, well-maintained hotel. The only fault I could find was that the pool was out of service. However, the staff informed us we could use the Holiday Inn Express which was located just across the highway. Each day we came back to our room hot and tired from the OK sun and we always found our room cleaned and ready for us to relax in again. The front desk personnel were helpful and gave us good tips for eating/shopping. If we are ever in McAlester, OK again this is my pick!

  This hotel used to be a Holiday Inn but when Comfort Inn took over they got all new mattresses. These are the most comfortable pillow top mattresses and we slept wonderfully.
