Stayed at Comfort Suites for birthday celebration. The hotel staff were SPECTACULAR and very friendly and helpful. The room was pretty clean, but pretty obvious that it is a bit old. However, unlike alot of the other picky people, we didn't mind the older televisions and dated decor. The beds were a little small but were comfortable. The room was huge, though, more like an apartment! That was nice. Overall it was a great value and stay. I would definitely stay here again! Note- The breakfast is awesome, but remember that the free drink chip you get for your stay is only good for certain drinks, we chose vodka cran. Still cool to get a free anything!

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was clean; bed was very comfy; breakfast was more than adequate. Staff that we encountered were friendly & helpful. Nice exercise equipment but need small bottle of sanitizer so each person can clean equipment after use (and sanitzer should be "fresh" every day).

Fee for parking was the lowest I had seen, $12 per night with unlimited in/out. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful and there was free coffee and cookies during the day in the lobby. The room was nothing extraordinary, but very clean and smelled nice. Some things were updated such as the beds and bed coverings, sofa, and table/chairs. Everything else was well taken care of and clean. Flat screen in the sitting area, but the tv in the bedroom was ancient. Bathroom was very clean, but no fan. Can't control the temperature in the room so it was VERY hot. Pool and hotub were nice, clean. Everything from the bar/restaurant is too expensive, i.e. $10 for a plain salad, and it was very hard finding a place that delivered here. But there is a small convenience store on the main floor of the building with grocery items. Also, the free breakfast was amazing! Hot food like french toast, bacon, etc. and eggs cooked to order, as well as the usual cold cereal, breads, and fruit. The neighborhood was very nice, and everything is in close walking distance. Overall our stay was excellent, especially for the price, and will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

Average hotel, good breakfast, nice staff, decent location and attached to the Skyway system. Parking for add'l $12- not a bad price in MPLS. Beds - too soft No ability to cool room off unless you opened window- on 10 floor, about 4 inches. Pool and Whirlpool - out of service, no mention at desk, just a sign on door. One of the reasons we picked hotel. Most reasonable price found in center city but again , you get what you pay for.
