Our room was clean. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and friendly even gave us a call to make sure our room was alright. There was a slight smoke smell when we entered the room. I have a very strong sense of smell. The breakfest was a bit blah but there are plently of eating and shopping places nearby. We enjoyed being close to the Wildlife Ranch and the Natural Bridge Caverns. We may stay here again if we are in the area.

Hotel is close to major attractions and has easy acess to and from freeway. It has a big pool for a large family with hot tub (I loved that). Check-in and check out process was smooth and efficient.The hotel staff greeted me with a smile every time I walked past them. My special requests were prompty taken care of. The hotel was affordable, not overly priced, for the services offered.I would recommend this hotel to everone. You got to check this one out !!!!

If you are looking for Comfort Suites in San Antonio DO NOT go to this one if you want to enjoy your stay. Our rooms (initially 4 rooms for our group) had been reserved several weeks in advance as we were attending a wedding on Saturday and came in late Friday night from OK. The first problem was on Friday night when our room with double beds was given to another person in our party. On Saturday about 11:30am we received a call from the front desk asking when we were coming down to check out (wedding was as 3pm). We told them there was a mistake that our reservation was for 2 nights as the wedding was that afternoon. Requested the supervisor be contacted and were told he would be there in 45 min. After waiting over an hour, requested he be contacted again. At this point we requested they contact another hotel for a room at the same rate. They told us to ""go ahead"" and they would ""take care of it"". Upon questioning they stated ""we will move your things out"". (It would have been bad to not have a bed to sleep in at midnight). Finally between 2:30-2:45 the supervisor arrived. Another room was found 5 miles down the road. Moved 5 miles down road, got ready for wedding and went back to original hotel to pickup groom's mother. We were all late for the wedding due to the mistakes made by this front desk staff & management. Received a call from (Manager) on 7-29-08 and was informed that room had been canceled by the grooms Dad. (Only an additional room had been added not canceled per the groom's Dad.) Manager took no responsibility for stress and inconvenience in this situation.

Room was clean and it had everything we needed for our short trip. I thought the bed was very comfortable. The king room with sofa sleeper was just right for my small family and I. Location was a little far from downtown San Antonio but close to the main freeways. Parking lot was a small but well lit. We would stay there again.
