It's an ok hotel. I was treated well by the staff. I was disappointed at the lack of some amenities. No telephone books in the rooms. AC was noisy. No printer nor privacy for the courtesy computer. The rooms are reasonably priced and the location is good. I'd stay here again, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

I booked on last minute deals.com It stated pet friendly hotel and did not mention additional fees. When I arrived the first question I asked was "you do accept pets, correct?. The clerk immediately answered "No" I said your website says it does. He then says it is $*per night.I told him the website on lastminutedeals did not mention a fee. The actual website for this hotel mentions $* per night, which one is it. I asked could it be waived.He says let me ask my General Manager.He goes to back for one second.I hear no one talking.Come back to desk and says I will charge you $* and ask him later.I check in and 1/2 hour later after in room, the clerk calls and tells me he spoke to manage and he states because of my rate he could charge me $* per night because they have to shampoo the carpet afterwards.I told him I would speak to the manager later and plan to do so.Next, the bathtub would not drain. We showered in ankle deep water. Asked them to unclog.It did for one shower then back to the norm.Sink would not drain either.Mini frig took two days to cool water. Front desk, I believe long term guest stay there, as the same people hung around lobby all hours of the night. I walked dog and one made a comment to me at 1 a.m. which I told front desk. I did not feel safe after that. People out front cursing. They staff seem to know these people and I overhead these people talking about coming from work as is they lived there. And staff friends hanging at desk very noisy.Hot breakfast was not good, fake eggs, cold coffee. I would never stay here again.

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel and have always been very pleased with the service and facilities for the price. There have been some wi-fi challenges but they are in the process this week of updating the entire system so that should no longer be an issue. The staff has always been very responsive to any issues that may arise. The rooms are very spacious and clean. It's nice to be able to spread out and not feel confined to a typical hotel room.

This hotel was AMAZING and I would definately recommend it and use it again. Only complaint - don't get the room right off the lobby. When breakfast is being served it sounds like everyone is in your room!

Hotel is located in a good area for resturants. Pool was not clean and was not in operation for 3 days. Had to ask front desk to have our room made and fresh toewels after 3days.
