BAD SERVICE
12/25/2010Mean manager on duty. cancelled our reservation even when we confirmed them same day staff very rude. went to the marriott court yard next door great service!!
MEAN MANAGER ON DUTY. CANCELLED OUR RESERVATION EVEN WHEN WE CONFIRMED THEM SAME DAY STAFF VERY RUDE. WENT TO THE MARRIOTT COURT YARD NEXT DOOR GREAT SERVICE!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room/suite was quite nice, loved the 2 flat screen TV's, and the king bed was very comfortable. We had expected a continental breakfast, but instead were treated to what we considered a full breakfast, included freshly cooked scrambled eggs and sausage! What a value for the price we paid! We will definitely stay at Country Inn and Suites again, as this was our first visit with this chain. Thanks for a very pleasant stay.

Everything was great! Very nice looking and the help there had a sense of humor along w/ being very helpful. I plan on using this chain again whenever I go anyplace and the price for these days was reasonable after seeing what all you get and we loved it!! Thanks again!!

Stayed 7-2010 We loved the hotel. We stayed 5 nights & there was 4 adults and 1 child: room was cleaned daily no matter if we left the room at 6 am or noon, emplyees were some of the best we have experienced in a hotel(all were very nice, helped us with directions where ever we wanted to go, suggested good places to eat, made us feel very welcomed), beds were super comfortable, breakfast was a bonus, was only maybe 15 minutes to military base. Close to airport, close to zoo. Pool wasn't overly big but it worked well for us to take our graddaughter swimming in, very clean hotel, if we ever went back there we would stay here again!!! The only thing that could have been better was if they would had turned on our airconditioner to take the moisture out of the room & cool it down before we arrived, but that was a minor matter, considering it isn't always 100 degrees with 90% hunmidity there.
