The room was nice and clean. The breakfast had waffles and french toast. I would have preferred eggs instead along with the bacon. I liked using "real" dishes and silverware.My overall rating is a 4. Having trouble with ratings.

This was a great place to stay. Super-friendly staff. Very cozy when you walk in - nice sitting area by the fireplace. Clean room. Comfy beds. In fact, the room was much bigger and nicer than we were expecting. Nice bathroom. Also had an additional vanity and sink outside the bathroom, which made it much easier to get ready in the morning. Fridge and microwave in the room. Flat screen tv. They had the nicest free breakfast I've ever had at a hotel - biscuits and sausage gravy, a crock pot full of oatmeal and a little condiment bar for the oatmeal, yogurt, fresh fruit, hard-boiled eggs (already peeled and individually packaged in a little fridge), waffle maker, donuts/pastries, juices, cold cereal, milk (2% and skim), coffees, and the ladies who were in charge of the breakfast area were so sweet and helpful! Nice indoor pool area. Hot tub was outside, which we thought would be an issue, as the wind was whipping and it was flurrying snow out there. My husband had the idea of wrapping towels around our heads to block the wind, which we did and it worked great! Once we got warmed up, we took the towels off our head and it was a really neat experience. We were plenty warm enough, and it was pretty sweetl to be sitting there in the warm water with the occasional snow flakes falling around us. We were warm enough when we got out to get back inside the pool room without freezing to death! Nice little business center with two computers with internet and printers that you could use as needed. Great place to stay, and surprisingly so for the price. We enjoyed our stay and will absolutely stay here again.

I stayed here with my family on the return from a vacation and was very pleased. It is set in a nice neighborhood away from I-80. It was very clean and the kids loved the pool. The hot tub was outside with a nice view of the neighborhood. The continental breakfast was better than most a great selection.

Upon arrival, the front desk was unable to provide a baggage/luggage cart. Several times when I tried to phone front desk no one answered phone. Our ""king size"" suite was SMALL, had very little room when pullout couch was open.
