  Hotel was not very clean. Room electrical outlets only 50% functional. No Refrigerator in room. Sparse furniture. Curtains half hung. Will never again stay at CI&S facility again. A shame since the facility is nice with lots of potential - these are management deficits. Sorry.

  I was unsure of staying at this property based on its reviews, however, I wanted to see for my self. I was informed that the property has new management and has made several improvements based on their ownership. I love this hotel and am glad I decided to give them a chance. The staff was great!! The rooms were very nice and I recommend others to stay at this hotel.

  The bed was so wonderful and the staff was very friendly. however, the air quality made us sick. if you have allergy problems or other breathing issues beware.

  I was very disappointed with this hotel. Room A/C noise was exceptionally load. Continental breakfast was based on a very small continent, I guess. I basically had dry cereal with no juice.

  No sound insulation so heard lots of traffic noises plus noise from hvac unit. rooms are small and hallways tight. water in showers lukewarm at best.
