The hotel was a nice place but they were not willing to give us our ""Free Night"" stay after we had booked 3 nights in advance. The explained that we were to book 4 nights & get one night free. This is not how the advertisement reads. The loop holes in their add on TV & internet caused us to lose our free night. It wasn't a busy time so it wasn't like they didn't have the room. From now on , word of advise, check with the hotel before making your reservations & assuming you will get what they promise.

WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I FIRST ARRIVED AT THE HOTEL AT 3:00 PM WE WERE TOLD THAT WE HAD TO WAIT TO CHECK IN BECAUSE OUR ROOM WAS NOT READY BUT ACTUALLY LATER FOUND OUT THEY WERE OVER BOOKED. ONCE WE GOT IN OUR ROOM FINALLY WE TOOK SHOWERS ONLY TO FIND OT THAT THE TUB HAD A HOLE IN IT THAT LEAKED WATER OUT INTO THE BEDROOM, WHICH GOT OUR LUGGAGE WET N WHEN WE INFORMED THE FRONT DESK THE MANAGER HIMSELF TOLD US THAT HE WAS GOING TO GO WET VACCUM THE WATER UP N PUT SOME PUTTY ON THE HOLE N THE TUB. N ALSO TOLD US TO STAND FROM NOW ON N SHOWER NOT TO ACTUALLY SIT N THE TUB. ALSO WE WERE TOLD THAT THE POOL WAS HEATED ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT IT WASNT. THE ROOMS HAD A VERY FOUL ODOR N THEM N ONE OF THE ELEVATOR DOORS KEPT GETTIN STUCK. WE FINALLY GOT MOVED TO A DIFFERENT ROOM ON THE LAST DAY OF OUR STAY I WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN NEVER NEVER NEVER.

One of two elevators not work Bathroom sink was filthy, tons of hair; bathroom smelt Paint was peeling in sheets of the wall in the bedroom. The hotel loose leaf binder was filthy, looked like syrup poured all over it. The front dest staff were not knowledgeabe on the area, had no clue about restaurants, etc. Ice machine on our floor did not work; food vending machine on first floor out of service.

This was my first experience with Country Inn and Suites and did not know what to expect. I booked a 5 day stay but needed to leave after 4 days. I was informed at check out that hotel policy is NO refunds for early check out. This is the first time I have ever had this happen. So make sure you are certain of your stay or be prepared to lose all of your money.
