  Nice clean hotel in a nice location. Standard 2 full bed hotel room was decent size. We traveled with a toddler & we were very far away from what seemed to be the only elevator. Staff was friendly & courteous. Breakfast was nice yet basic. No restaurant. Fireplace in lobby area. Location was great. Mall was next to hotel, parking lots literally touched. Downtown shopping, ferries, beach all a short drive away. Rained while we were there & we had a great time, imagine what we could have done on a sunny day. Would certainly stay there again.

  We found our stay very comfortable but expected as much for over $* a night. Motel is not located in downtown, but adjacent to Cape Cod Mall. Must drive to downtown Hyannis. Worked for us but may not be best option for those seeking longer stay in Hyannis.
