  Very clean, and elegant rooms. Rooms smelled very clean and fresh. Great location to Boise State University, downtown and the zoo. Walking distance to restaurants. The hotels Bistro is good food, but a little pricey. Staff is helpful and friendly. Loved the pool and hot tub. Bonus that the pool is closed to children after ten. We plan on staying at this hotel again when we come to visit.

  The staff was interuptive, no manners. they missed my wake up call, which made me miss my flight, and i found a used condom in the room.

  THE STAFF WAS INTERUPTIVE, NO MANNERS. tHEY MISSED MY WAKE UP CALL, WHICH MADE ME MISS MY FLIGHT, AND I FOUND A USED CONDOM IN THE ROOM.
