  The hotel was very nice and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms, lobby, and pool area were all clean and well kept. The location was perfect for visiting the Everglades and Miami. Some driving was necessary, but that was offset by the affordable price of the hotel. My only complaint is not with the hotel, but access to it. It is located right off the Florida Turnpike, but unless you have a Sun-Pass, it is not possible to exit when traveling south, or enter traveling north. We had to drive pass the hotel exit and either turn around and pay the toll twice, or travel through town to get to the hotel. This was irritating, but I would stay again.

  Found the hotel with no problems. We checked in late,12 or 1 am with no problems. The desk staff on duty was very nice and helpful. He helped me plot a route to the Port of Miami that was better than I had printed. The room was very clean. The bed was kinda hard, but I like soft beds. They offer Starbucks Coffee in the morning at their coffee shop, which also has various breakfast items that is not included in stay. The hotel is very nice and I will stay there again next year before the cruise.
